The school gates open at 8.45am with a soft start, where children walk independently into school, to their classrooms and begin key routines for the school day.

School begins at 8.55am

Morning break:
10.30am - 10.45am (KS1)
10.45am - 11.00am (KS2)

Lunch break:
11.50am - 12.50pm (EYFS)
12.00pm - 1.00pm (KS1)
12.30pm - 1.30pm (KS2)

School ends at 3.15pm

This equates to 31 hours and 40 minutes in a typical week.

Nursery

Morning session - 8.45am - 11.45am = 15 hours per week
Afternoon session - 12.30pm - 3.30pm = 15 hours per week

For those children entitled to the 30 hour provision, who stay throughout the lunch break, the school week is typically 33 hours and 45 minutes.

There is a charge for the additional hours over lunchtime of:

• £21.75 per week including school lunches
• £10 per week for those who bring in a packed lunch
