At Carpenters Primary School, we believe that art is a powerful way for children to express themselves, explore their creativity, and understand the world around them. 

Our art lessons are designed to inspire curiosity and confidence as children develop key skills in sculpture, painting, and drawing. Through hands-on experiences and thoughtful teaching, pupils learn to experiment with different materials and techniques, while also discovering the stories and styles of influential artists and movements from across history. We aim to nurture every child’s imagination and empower them to see themselves as artists, valuing their unique ideas and encouraging them to aspire to creativity in all aspects of life.
